There are six weapon types in Dream's Reach. Each with it's own properties. And there are several Attributes to weapons and equipment in general.

Alignment
Neutral
Neutral weapons are balanced between damage and stat boosts,
Opal
Opal weapons give larger boosts to stats at the expense of raw damage.
Onyx
Onyx Weapons do the most damage but at the expense of stat boosts.
Element
Different Elements offer different benefits.and different boosts to stats as well as status effects at higher rarities.
Fire
Gives a boost to attack damage and the burning status effect which causes damage over time.
Earth
More damage at the cost of attack speed. Increased armour and chance to knock an opponent back.
Lightning
Higher chance for a Critical hits.
Water
Bonuses to Health and Stamina.
Wind
Extra movement and attack speed.
Rarity
Higher rarity weapons and equipment offer more Damage Armour and stat boosts
Junk (White)
Normal (Green)
Magic (Blue)
Named Set (Purple)
Rare (Yellow)
Legendary (Orange)
